  1. Valid PAN (Permanent Account Number).
  2. Valid Indian mobile phone number.
  3. Valid email address.
  4. Jurisdiction details
  5. Valid bank account number from India.
  6. IFSC Number of the same bank and branch.
  7. At least one Partner/Proprietor/Director/Trustee/Karta/Member with corresponding PAN
  8. An authorised signatory who is an Indian resident with valid details including PAN.
  9. Place of business
  10. Prescribed documents and information on all mandatory fields of the Registration Application.
